Yi-nergy Minority Assistance Foundation was jointly initiated and established in 2019 by Zhou Yiyi, Ye Shenghan and Lu Yiping, three students in Yuecheng District. The foundation is dedicated to supporting minority students who need help in the compulsory education stage in urban areas. So far, 16 poor ethnic minority students in compulsory education have been provided with love subsidies totaling more than 30,000 yuan.
Subsequently, Minister Wang awarded Qunying Primary School a “Yue Cheng District National Unity and Progress Activities for Students Education Base” plaque. Since its establishment, Qunying Primary School has given full play to the advantages of multi-ethnic integration to carry out ethnic unity and progressive education. In December last year, Qunying Primary School was identified as the provincial critical training unit for ethnic unity and progress. It is the first school in our district to receive this honor.
